How do you decide what to build next?

What is one question you always ask in customer interviews?

01Choose conversations

Install the extension, then open a supported platform in your browser. Use Engage Feed to collect posts and select conversations yourself or ask AI to recommend them. For one post, click Comment or Reply and use the assistant icon beside the comment box.

From browsing to a better reply

Your knowledge. The right conversation.

  1. 01

    Install, then open your platform

Install the Creator Insights Chrome extension and sign in. Open X, Threads, LinkedIn or Substack Notes in your web browser. Start from your feed or open a post you want to reply to.

  2. 02

Choose one post or your feed

For one post, click the platform’s Comment or Reply button, then the Creator Insights icon beside the comment box. For several posts, open Engage Feed to collect your feed or search results. Select posts yourself or ask AI to recommend them.

  3. 03

    Write and review

Add your own experience, answer or useful advice. Write it yourself or use Train context to teach AI your voice and let it draft the selected replies. Review each draft, edit it or ask AI to improve it, then approve the final wording before posting.

  4. 04

    Post on your terms

Click Post to approve the selected replies. Follow each result as the extension works through them one at a time. Stop all is available, with Back to edit for unsubmitted drafts.

Give people a reason to know you.

Make conversations part of your growth

Publishing shares your ideas. Replying brings your expertise into conversations people are already having. Answer a real question, share a useful experience or offer a fresh perspective. Give people something worth remembering when they see your name again.

Start from your feed or a topic

Work with the conversations already on your screen, or search for a topic you know well. AI can recommend a shortlist, and you keep control of the checkboxes. Every post includes a link to its original.

Write from what you know

Your workspace brings brand knowledge and platform instructions into the draft. Add your own angle, choose a style such as practical, friendly or funny, and decide whether emojis fit. Write manually whenever you prefer.

Review first. Follow every result.

Check the selected posts and edit each reply before clicking Post. See posting progress in Engage while a separate work window handles the approved queue. Stop when needed, edit unsubmitted comments and retry eligible failures.

Build recognition through useful replies

Help the person who posted and the people reading along. A useful reply can start a conversation, bring someone to your profile and give them a reason to follow. Keep showing up with something worth adding. Engage helps with the writing, while your judgment shapes the relationships.

Reply directly on the platform

Already know where you want to comment?

With the extension installed, open a post in your web browser and click its Comment or Reply button. The Creator Insights icon appears beside the native comment box. Click it, choose your workspace and a style, then add what you want to say or send an empty request for ideas. AI suggests three replies using that post and your workspace context.

Refine the suggestions in chat, then click one to fill the comment box. You decide when to publish with the platform’s native button.

A few things to know

Questions before you start?

Which platforms does Engage support?

Engage supports X, Threads, LinkedIn and Substack Notes. Substack articles and newsletters are excluded from this workflow. LinkedIn features are off by default in the extension; enable them when you choose to use them.

Does it use my brand and platform context?

Yes. Select a workspace to use its brand knowledge and the reply context for the current platform. Train context opens workspace settings so you can add or update those instructions. You can also give directions for the current reply.

Can I write comments without AI?

Yes. Select a post and write your comment directly, then review and post it. AI is optional. For an individual post, the assistant offers three suggestions after you send your idea or request, and you choose which one to put into the native comment box.

Does chatting with AI publish a comment?

No. Chat recommends posts, drafts comments or refines them for the current step. In Engage Feed, only clicking Post starts the approved queue. With the individual comment assistant, you publish using the platform’s own comment button.

Can I stop posting and edit my drafts?

Use Stop all, then Back to edit to change comments that have not been submitted. Successful replies stay excluded. If a submission result is uncertain, check the original post before trying it again to avoid a duplicate.

Are there posting limits?

Automated posting is limited to 50 successful replies on X and Threads and 10 on LinkedIn and Substack. Each platform’s limit resets six hours after you reach it. These product limits apply across plans and do not guarantee platform approval. Review replies and follow each platform’s rules. AI access follows your account and model settings.

Engage is a browser extension workflow. Keep the collection page active while posts load. Browser posting is automation, even when you review the text first. Your account’s reputation matters—use relevant replies and follow platform rules.
